Friday

Client outage first thing on Friday morning.

Oh crap.

It was Big Client #1 as well.

Thank heavens for work processes about work processes.

I had a manic two hours before handing over the baton at 9am.

Some brief Chronic action, and then Anna collared me for a serious talk about mortgages.

I preferred Big Client #1 outages tbh.

Friday Muddy Banks Man, innit

It was a crisp ride in along the Trail.

The pool was empty, unlike my stomach.

We had a bit of a red wine tasting session late on Thursday. The morning Bran Flakes mixed with the remnants of the red wine came close to colouring the water.

Whoops.

No such thing as a bad swim, etc.

The His ‘n’ Hers work at home Friday settled down to a routine.

I was on the stop / start work shift action. More Chronic and Buzz bits and bobs filled the gaps.

Workshop Invitations for Greenstead ‘Regeneration’

Number of new ‘affordable’ homes at Cressingham Gardens falls to 16 in Freedom of Information document

I caught up with the Evening Session on Vintage Radio 1.

I think that it’s time to reappraise The Bluetones, Comrades.

I’m not so sure about Shed 7.

More work, and then out went the shout of:

“To Wivenhoe Town FC!”

Oh Lordy.

Friday night football ROCKS.

There was a local derby against Stanway Rovers.

DON’T LET IT BOUNCE! etc.

We took along the cans of hipster BOOZE that the Postman delivered the day before.

Oh look. I’m living that Friday evening DREAM with @wivenhoetown_fc #chinchin

Light refreshments were much needed.

Oh dear, etc.

We skipped on the suggestion of a post match pint in a good owd Essex boy boozer on the way back to base.

Football. Bloody hell.
