Tuesday

Tuesday, 7am.

Anna buggers off back to S Ldn. I’m left on the 7am shift, elbow deep in cat food and litter.

It’s a dirty job, etc.

I also had to empty a very dirty BIG bag of bicycling laundry into the washing machine after a weekend rolling around North Norfolk.

Work with Big Client #1 is bedding down.

Our major internal tool switch has many benefits. Possibly *too many* benefits, but choice is good.

I was free at 9am for the swim.

Tuesday morning back along the Muddy Banks

I had a lane to myself. The swim was nothing spectacular, simply a stretching out after a weekend in the saddle.

More work back at base, more chasing of the AWOL South Lambeth Road wormery.

I have solved the mystery. Wormery and the Worming Man of S Ldn should be reunited later in the week.

Those nice folk in the Comms team at Lambeth Council got in touch later in the morning.

Some words were exchanged about our major Buzz scoop. No request was made to change any of the detail of the story.

I have some VERY GOOD insider sources, Comrades 😉

The rest of Tuesday was part work, part watching the Surrey score back at The Oval and part wanting the Windies to do the business up at Headingley.

I was in bed by 9:30pm.

Oh dear.
