7am work, the Trail, West Ham Wanker in the gents.
Let’s just condense these intros.
As Boy Y once said during morning registration when he refused to greet every class member in the required school routine:
“It will be a lot quicker for everyone.”
STAR.
I miss Boy Y.
I’m looking forward to catching up with his half term activities next week.
West Ham Wanker meanwhile struck up a conversation all about Barry Fry whilst shampooing his short and curlies.
Some bloke then gatecrashed the party.
The geezer looked just like… Barry bloody Fry.
Blimey.
I suspect that I had been set up.
The morning work shifts were spent in the company of @RobertElms.
Cover to Cover was Tomorrow is a Long Time, Rod Vs Sandy Denny.
But OF COURSE Rod the Mod won.
Goodo.
The Postman Delivers:
Chin chin.
I attempted to make some progress on the leaking South Lambeth Road gutter over luncheon.
We are four floors up. I’m keen to avoid scaffolding, but WOH - four floors is a long way for a ladder.
Some companies are optimistic. I’m not so sure.
More work, more online radio catching up.
I was mindful that Radio 1 Vintage is about to fall off the iPlayer.
I caught up with Annie Nightingale, the Ranking Miss P and John Peel.
Some Buzz and Chronic action followed.
I’m pleased with my self-imposed deadlines of bash ’em out, move on.
Knitwear was bought late afternoon.
Oh Lordy.
My £50 M&S voucher had me searching the Jumpers and Cardigans section.
Anna returned from S Ldn in the evening.
It was another ROCK ‘N’ ROLL evening of discussing mortgages.
I lost a little interest tbh and switched to the Ldn 6 velo cycling on Eurosport.
I need to work on Anna over the ‘third cat’ issue.
Meowww.
