Tuesday, 7am work shift, ta ta Anna as she buggers off back to S Ldn.
Cut and paste every week.
I am a man of routine, even if the 7am work sheet has been a little testing of late.
The cycle in along the Trail was characterised by blackberry scavengers and broken glass.
Both are best avoided
I had a lane to myself for the swim.
West Ham Wanker was asking about absinthe in the changing rooms.
Oh dear.
Back at base I did a little prepping for le Tour de Norfolk at the weekend. I put some air in the roadie and gave the frame a bit of a wipe down.
Way to go, Jase.
@RobertElms put a smile on my face with Pull up to the Bumper.

A little more work, and then some attention towards Dotty.
She has a… lump.
oh.
We think that it is an insect bite. Daisy had something similar last week.
I booked a vets appointment to be on the safe side. Going to the vets this time of year never brings back nice memories 🙁
I bashed out a Buzz piece. The scale of fuck-wittery is unbelievable.
The Greensleeves 40th anniversary album kept me company for the run of afternoon work shifts.
Who wants to sell me a track bike? Looking at £250-£300. Won't be racing, but living out old man track fantasies at Herne Hill. Collect Ldn.

I stepped up the search for a track bike. I’m not going to be racing at Herne Hill, but I would like a second hand track bike that I can spin round and round on.
I returned to the road early evening for a Tour de Norfolk prologue.
It wasn’t the fastest of rides, but it was good to be back out on the road.
And then t20 action to end Tuesday.
Getting a little excited / concerned for Surrey’s quarter final on Friday.
