A shared Studio Line telly ad from the mid 80’s with Anna over the Bran Flakes on Monday morning.
It’s ROCK ‘N’ ROLL around these parts, 24/7 Comrades.
Anna’s work clothes for the day were a little… Studio Line telly ad fro the mid 80s.
She saw the funny side, etc.
My own work outfit of choice for the 8am shift was something a little more relaxed.
I may - or may not - have been working commando style.
You TEASE, Jase.
I bashed out a brief Chronic post that had been hanging around over the weekend.
Bloody Garden Villages.
I cycled off along the Trail towards the gym. My knees felt knackered after a weekend of velo and CTC action.
A proud fella in the Sunny Colch gym was wearing a Notts top.
ACE work, mate.
Three wins in the space of a week had me longing for my own Meadow Lane GLORY years.
Actually it was only a singular year.
The pool was a little pants.
A Boy Racer joined me in the adjacent lane. As ever the tactic was to gain a metre or so on me, and then… stop for a breather, only to take me on again two lengths later.
You Sir are a FRAUD.
And then the afternoon work shifts.
It was Nu Tool Monday with Big Client #1.
I wasn’t particularly looking forward to this, but you have to embrace it.
The workflow was a little sluggish. I spent a lot of time reading through various tool guides.
Getting there.
I caught La Vuelta highlights, and then the City Vs Everton match.
A late, late work shift dropped before bedtime.
Don’t mind if I do.
