Wednesday was not ideal working conditions - even from home. I’m neither proud or ashamed to tell you what my work clothes of choice were.
The singular ‘clothe’ would be more accurate.
Like a FOOL I escaped mid-morning once again for the gym.
I didn’t look half as foolish as the full on roadie boy with his drop down handlebars and matching lycra livery along the Trail.

Forgetting my water bottle was my faux pas for the morning. I managed 15 minutes on the treadmill before seeking out the hidden water fountain.
I had time for a swim afterwards. It was SPECTACULAR - even for a crappy indoor pool.
I refuelled back at base with some of the Maxi Protein stashes that Anna has managed to blag from the corporate job.
Apple and pear were mixed in.
It tasted like shit.
More work, the England t20, and then work yet again up until 11pm.
Daisy distracted me with the stag beetle that she had made friends with outside.
I moved in to rescue the little fella.
Daisy did a wee wee, right there, right then, in protest.
Wednesday was that sort of day.
