Early morning work shifts with a mild, mild hangover.
I had a little more than soup at the Wivenhoe Soup the night before.
Mid-morning was the escape along the hardened Trail.
Some gym GRUNTS, and then a swim that flattered to deceive.
Whiteboard Woman was sharing the lane with me. Her training schedule was marked out at the end of the lane.
My training schedule is: Swim to Live, Live to Swim.
YEAH.
Swimming folk are the BEST. There.

Hurricane Doris did me in on the bicycle ride back to base. I was blown backwards.
I published the Soup story on the Colne Radio website. Plus a little correspondence with Wivenhoe Creatives about a future online project.
Thank you to @JRosalindScott and @Cyricus for organising #Wivenhoe Soup https://t.co/W4XztVxZ9r Thanks to all who voted for us as well!

More work.
And then my kitten sitting duties were over. I headed back home to Sunny Stockwell.
It was Pussy Tunnel Week in #Lidl.

This was the first time that I have seen the new fitted wardrobes and cupboards. Some extreme OCD activity took place as I re-organised my clothes.
Never judge a man by the order in which he places his underpants.
Part of the new set up is an internal mirror on a cupboard door. I left the old mirror out along South Lambeth Road. It lasted less than half an hour.
Lovely Lido day in the morning.
LOVE IT.
