Tuesday

Bye bye beard.

I’ve been experimenting.

‘Experimenting’ in that I can’t be arsed to shave for a month, and so just go with the growth.

That growth rather conveniently fits in with the current fashion trend amongst the young folk and footballers for having a beard.

I am neither a young folk, or a footballer.

But growing a beard for me is piss easy.

I struggled when long hair defined masculinity; but if beards are what pushes all the right buttons right now, then YEAH - I can do that.

DING DONG.

It gets to the itchy stage though after four weeks, and so out came the clippers early on Tuesday morning.

There was something of a tell tell sign last night when Anna was too embarrassed at the dinner table to point out the salad cream stream running down my chin.

I lie.

She made a point of shaming me.

In front of the kitten as well 🙁

Clean shaven, and a crisp bicycle along the Trail towards the gym. I arsed around en route with my daily snap.

Content is King, etc. Which must mean that the social media pimp is something of a Prince.

Or possibly just stretching themselves too far.

My various feeds mean that the hit and miss daily snap now gets syndicated [ha!] to my personal Instagram, Twitter and FB accounts, plus the Wiv Forum Twitter and FB pages, and finally the Forum itself.

Best makes sure that the image is not shit then, Jase.

The gym was decent.

West Ham Wanker was talking about £6 pints in the changing room. I’m not sure if he was asking me out or not.

And then more social media hoops to jump through for work. I had various Hootsuite and Sprinklr accounts to set up ahead of a busy Christmas period coming up.

Tuesday afternoon involved a tip to the dentist.

Ouch.

Actually it wasn’t that bad. I was in and out within ten minutes.

The masked man with the mini mirrors on a stick said:

“Let’s see how lucky you are…”

Lucky?

I was rather hopeful that there was a science behind all of this.

The ROCK ‘N’ ROLL Tuesday continued with a trip to the accountant.

I seem to have inherited the South Lambeth Road Secretary role. At least it means that I can at least attempt to understand the state of the finances.

I took the Quayside location to grab another Quayside snap.

I pimped it out to the usual channels.

In Kitten News: they’ve been out three times today.

THREE times.

Daisy [stop it] has taking a liking to sitting inside my canoe; Dotty [stop it] is the wild one.

Tuesday evening was spent completing a work assessment, and then various other admin crap that has been building up for weeks now.
