Another day, another odd kitten observation.
They have both entered the BONKERS teeth chattering phase.
Modern interweb wisdom suggests that this is their reaction to seeing birds. It is a not too subtle message as to what they would like to do to the poor little birdie.
The only problem was that the kittens were chattering at the sight of falling wisteria leaves outside.
Bless.
Reggae Tune of the Day with @RobertElms was Culture’s Two Seven’s Clash.
TUNE!
Prophetic at the time, and it still sounds incredibly fresh, if not relevant.
Cover to Cover was My Way, Frank Vs Aretha.
Frank won of course.
Still not a patch on El Sid, mind.
I had some remote work training over luncheon. I have never liked [web tool X] for online meetings, and my opinion hasn’t changed after the experience today.
It was crap - the tool, not the training experience.
I had a half hour break in shifts, which happily coincided with the local library opening time.
Having savoured every word of the Jonathan Wilson Clough biog, I promptly ordered Duncan Hamilton’s Provided You Don’t Kiss Me take.
The library staff were lovely. I even picked up some food re-cycling bags.
But I fear that I am in need of some Daniel Ruiz Tizon style library reading gloves.
That book has seen some finger action 🙁
Some dates dropped for the bi-annual work assessments for 2017. I was asked to confirm a date twelve months from now for a catch up.
Gawd knows what the world will be like by November 2017 🙁
Optimism.
F-it.
Work came to a close, and then I legged it over to Sunny Colch for the CBC Planning meet.

It was a BIG ‘un: the Tollgate Village planning app.
I tweeted my arse off for The Chronic, and spoke with some very nice people.
Predictably the ‘apolitical’ Planning Committee [ha!] told Tollgate Village to piss off once again.
As predicted, LD's, Labour and HW Indie all voted against @TollgateV. Four Tories in favour. wtf has past 2 hours been about? Done deal.

I caught the train back to base. Anna had turned up from South London.
We caught up with the kittens.
Oh. And each another.
