Wednesday

Early work shifts, and then a breezy old bicycle ride out along the Trail towards the pool.

I almost toppled over.

Midweek MUD, innit

The swim was equally unsatisfying.

The two walkers were in the fast lane.

They weren’t even walking very fast.

I was shunted out to the OAP space. I could hear the tuts, even underwater. I cut my losses before the arrival of West Ham Wanker.

The bicycle ride back was double bubble with the wind behind me. It felt like I was free-wheeling along the estuary.

Autumn, innit

I made a point of snapping away at the sticky thing along the side of the house ahead of the next run of work shifts.

It has changed colour noticeably by each day since the weekend. The blustery conditions meant that I was running short on time to capture the autumnal hues before they were blown away for another season.

The bin men dropped the bag of cat litter outside the house again.

Shit.

@RobertElms played The Whole of the Moon. It put a huge GRIN on my face. It sounds absolutely bonkers and bloated 30 years on.

Work, work, work.

I was trapped under two kittens at one point.

EXTRA PUSSY #pussy

I managed to finalise the plans for the Colne Radio campaign that we are kicking off with in the morning. Money seems to be a continual ask.

The Man City match caught my attention in the evening, as well as some planning for a hit and run Transpontine trip over the next two days.
