Trapped on the 7am work shift to start off Monday morning. I was in for the duration - which is a good job, seeing as though I had a pair of kittens sitting on my lap.
I think that they enjoyed the #LateJunction mix tape.
I had some SW9 school content to publish mid-morning. It relates to the new school Sixth Form. Having provision from Y7 through to Y13 is a major benefit of the new building.
Oh - it was Anna’s birthday as well.
Easily pleased.
I think?
It was a strange pattern of work shifts to start the working week. The escape opportunity for the swim didn’t come until luncheon.
It was absolutely GLORIOUS out on the Trail.
I had a lane to myself in which to splash about.
Job done, a few more Hythe snaps, and then a little more work.
The final hour of daylight saw a manic tidy up around the garden. The peppers have been re-potted after the kittens attacked them.
The garden summer table was cleaned, and put away in storage for another season.
I took the birthday girl out to the boozer early evening. We didn’t buy any BOOZE, but we did make a booking for Christmas Day dinner.
Oh dear.
More work, and then DARTS to finish off Monday.
