Saturday

Two hours to sort out the eating, drinking and shitting kittens very early on Saturday morning.

That can’t be right, can it?

The two headed beast. And the kittens. Bored of this yet?

Two lots of food bowls, water and litter trays.

The slippery when wet little mishaps situation hasn’t improved.

I rewarded myself with the first bowl of porridge of the season. This was a messy experience as well.

If it’s a Saturday morning then it must mean Park Run. But Anna and I gave it a miss this week. I’ve still got a slight twinge [oooh], whilst Anna just couldn’t be arsed.

She didn’t actually say that.

And so a His ‘n’ Hers swim instead.

Saturday morning along the Trail

It was a blustery bicycle ride along the Trail, and then Anna did the business in gaining a length on me for every twenty.

Get it on. Bang a gong. PTERANODON. wait

The PTERANODON made another stunning appearance down at the Hythe for the bicycle ride back to base.

The sun came out briefly in the garden for some early October Daisy Days.

We watched the Swansea Vs Liverpool match, played with the kittens and made some lentil soup.

Bloody hippies.

And then just as the estuary wilds rain blew up a storm, we cycled off to Wivenhoe Town for a home fixture against [I never know…]

The rain led to BIG #ESSEX SKIES - perfect for snapping away.

It was a bloody decent game, with the Dragons being rewarded with a late goal to win 1-0.

I don’t miss writing Crap Match Reports.

Anna then got a little tribal outside the Co-op with her *shhh* fellow party member local Cllr.

He’s a decent sort, and so I smiled and went along with the feel good Saturday conversation.

We watched the Wolves Vs Norwich match early evening, and then Beavis and Butthead Do America.

It remains one of my all time favourite films.

Anna is disappointed in the produce
