Up early on Sunday for a solo bicycle road.
I wanted to catch the estuary wilds lanes whilst they were empty, plus I also had a run of work shifts at 9am.
We haven’t been out on the road bikes as much as planned this season. South London and work seem to have taken over.
It was a gorgeous 30km+ ride, catching the early morning sun before it disappeared for the rest of the day.
I thought that I had put in a pretty impressive performance, expecting an average of around 28-29kmh.
It was 26kmh.

And then a morning of work.
The cat thing kinda then took over Sunday. I’ve pretty gone past the stage where I can update with the precise details.
But she really isn’t very well at all.
Anna did another golf disappearing thing. I positioned myself for an afternoon of work and chat with the mad cat.
