Some early morning Brixton Buzz action to start Monday morning.
What a bloody mess.
I cycled off along the Trail to try and clear my head.
We’re back to the mucky pup terrain. I emerged at the other end of the Trail caked in bloody Essex mud.
The swim was strong. Forty lengths and a lane to myself. I can put up with chlorine breath for the rest of the day after the high from a swim.
Hunting and scavenging in the garden delivered the breakfast goods.
The first raspberries of the summer are particularly sweet.
Give it a couple of weeks and my raspberry tolerance will be on par with my current appreciation of Shadow Cabinet members.
It was a Him ‘n’ Hers work at home day for Anna and me. She blagged the deck from the Raj / Colchester; I was ousted to the upstairs office.
The mad cat was caught in the No Man’s Land of the stairs, unsure as to whose affection she wanted.
Chlorine breath tipped her in the direction of Anna.
@RobertElms was on form. U-Roy’s Natty Rebel was followed by Shout to the Top.
ACE.
Yer man just about kept his BBC impartiality, but the message was there.
TUNE @RobertElms! #KeepTheFaith #TSC

I stepped up the Colne Radio crowd funder mid-afternoon. We have just under a week remaining now in which to try and raise just over another £1,000.
I officially hit panic mode. So much work has gone into this campaign by the small volunteer team.
More work, the Italy Vs Spain match, and then I finally logged out for the evening.
BOOZE and England.
I’m proud of both to be honest.
