Tuesday

I wasn’t expecting to be ironing dresses at 6am on Tuesday morning.

They weren’t for me, natch.

Anna was running late ahead of buggering off to South London for the rest of the week. I was left on wardrobe malfunction duties.

I had some work at 7am, then some Buzz action, and then a swim.

I calling this one 'Sun on Mud'

Awaiting for me at the other end of the Trail was Mr Underwater. His technique is to swim parallel to me with a power breast stroke underwater.

He pulls off one rotation - and then stands up.

And then he does it again.

It really is rather odd.

I had more work back at base, plus I squeezed in a Chronic post mid-morning. I almost forgot that it was sitting there on the modern interweb, waiting for some TLC.

Pixies kept me company for the afternoon work.

Ever since yer man Gilles Peterson dug out that ACE cover of Hey, I’ve been back with big Frank and the boys and girls.

Pixies at the BBC is bloody brilliant.

Slight tinkerings to the new Colne Radio site took up a little afternoon time. It was perfect timing as I had a another local radio DJ photo shoot outside The Greyhound early evening.

Handsome lot.

I caught up with the Critérium du Dauphiné Libéré highlights early evening, then did a bit of garden watering, and finally some more media assets for the Colne Radio Crowd Funder.

Getting there…
