A heavy ride along the Trail to start off Wednesday morning. The downpour from the day before has seeped into the surface. It felt like cycling through superglue.
The swim was brisk, but it did the business. Thirty lengths, and that was your lot.

I had some fiddly modern interweb gubbins to sort out with Hootsuite.
For some reason Instagram has changed the functionality that it can offer within Hootsuite. I rely upon this to schedule archive images that I share via Instagram.
Why can’t the modern interweb just stand still for once?
