Wednesday

Early work shifts, and a couple of Brixton Buzz posts.

And then I was free for the swim.

It was a pretty uninspiring cycle out there on the Trail to be honest: dull and overcast, with only King Rat to keep me company.

Mr Rat has been a regular by the river in recent days. He is quite simply the largest rat that I have ever seen.

King Rat now has a morning routine of scurrying out from the marsh and right in front of my front wheel.

He is fearless.

He is very fat.

Murky morning on the Trail

The swim was meh.

The pool was empty, apart from one other average swimmer. She decided to join me in the fast lane, despite the choice of two other empty lanes.

Odd.

Work, work and more work.

Heather came round mid-afternoon for a chat about the Colne Radio crowd-funding.

She was looking for an esteemed online video production fella. She found me instead.

I LIKE TEA

More work, a visit from Mr Sainsbury, and then an evening of photo editing.

Plus preparing for a week in South London starting tomorrow.

Hurrah!
