Tuesday

A 7am work start, combined with packing Anna off to South London.

I was free by 9am to cycle off for a swim.

BIG #ESSEX SKIES

An Essex rat ran out in front of me by some marshland.

At least I think it was a rat?

It couldn’t compare with the Muthas back in London.

The swim was short. I was running late.

Still SMASHED it.

The rest of Tuesday was spent on stop / start work shifts, and then filling in the gaps elsewhere.

I’m trying to publish using my hit and run style. The best blog posts are the ones that are just bashed out. Any considered thought just takes up too much time and ruins the moment.

It works well with m’photoblog and audio. I’m finding it hard to get word counts down to under 250 though.

A brief Chronic and Buzz effort, and then I published the photos from the PiL exhibition at The ICA. It really is worth a look before it closes in a couple of weeks.

I continued to work through the 6Music Prince tribute shows during the afternoon shifts.

If I was Your Girlfriend from Sign ‘O’ Times seems to be a constant. I found myself singing it the mad cat as she battled for my attention against the work backdrop.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be, etc.

I was then reminded of the GREATEST guitar solo of all time, rocking up halfway through the DULLEST guitar strumming dirge ever.

Tell It Like It Is, etc.

In Camera News: I bought another one.

Whoops.

Having had my ear bent by the mighty @urban75 down at the Dulwich all season to upgrade, I had a deviation form the usual f717 and went with the superior f828.

Check you, Mr Fancy Pants.

The f717 is simply my absolute camera of choice. I’ve got one mule of a work model, and one up my sleeve [actually it’s in my tech draw] in reserve.

But the mighty @urban75 has sold me on the idea of the superior model - from almost a decade ago.

It’s a bloody bargain at £70. I’ve no idea what to expect. I’ll give it a serious photoshoot test when it turns up.

Polom came around once again early evening for another session on the website we are building for a local radio station.

‘We’ - ha, bloody ha.

The boy done good.

VERY good.

Tuesday came to a close catching up with the Garden Bridge planning meet.

Bloody #GardenBridge.
