A Wifey Weekend Roll Out to start Sunday.

Team #LIDL

Anna and I both appear to have been signed up by Team Lidl by mistake.

Whoops.

It was the Lawford circuit route for the early roll out. It’s only taken a couple of years, but I think that I’m familiar with it now.

We didn’t really push it. The highlight was seeing a couple of pheasants by the roadside cheering us on.

Plus *those* BIG #ESSEX SKIES.

Quite beautiful.

It was a case of making hay back at base. I had windows to clean whilst listening to the Surrey ball-by-ball commentary.

Anna did the business with the worms, harvesting the compost from the two wormeries.

It really is quite amazing how resilient they are. One of the wormeries dates back to 2006. The generations have survived a house move from South London, yet still they continue to chomp away at my apple cores each day.

I did a quick garden tidy up. The wisteria was already in need of the first slight trim of the season.

The clock was counting down as I wanted to catch the L******er match.

L******er City - WOH.

Where to start?

It is testament to the appeal of the underdog story that has got me - and many other Trent Enders - cheering on L******er City this season.

I’ve had a pathological hatred of our East Midlands neighbours for the past three decades.

Almost there, fellas.

I then spent a couple of hours working on school content.

We pissed off to the pub in the evening, and then thought f-it. We watched Purple Rain once again back at base.

Let’s got crazy.

Let’s go nuts.
