Wednesday

The week of 7am work shifts continued.

GOOD MORNING!

Arse.

Put the kettle on.

Three cups of tea later and I was buzzing.

Which then led to a Buzz piece.

wtf is the Labour group playing at? They need to be called out when they continue to come up with such blatant lies.

Blossom on the Trail

In Far Better Blossom News: the blossom was out on the Trail. It was an ACE ride out to the pool.

HIGH TIDE!

High tide as well.

I reached the bottom of Col du Whitehall Road on my MTB. Some cheeky f-er on a roadie in full on lycra decided to take my back wheel and hitch a lift.

I had two options:

Burn him up on my TANK of a MTB, front suspension et al.

Or just take it easy and frustrate the lycra pants off him.

I chose the latter; I chose life.

The swim was a swim.

Tell It Like It Is, Jase.

Nothing to rock ‘n’ roll to report about it. Forty lengths, ta for coming etc.

I did have some SEXY B&Q action on the way back.

Having decided to experiment by not feeding the lawn with the Magic Patch crap this year, I gave in and… fed the lawn with the Magic Patch crap.

Each spring the back lawn looks like the Somme. Magic Patch turns it around in a couple of weeks.

But I wonder if I *really* need it?

Grow you bastard. GROW

I’ve been saying the same thing about my hair to be honest, as I stray into the world of gentleman’s hair pieces.

More work, and then a late afternoon hack in Wivenhoe Wood.

I was reminded earlier in the week that the bluebells are out. I strolled off with my F717 to capture them.

Weird Wiv Wood, innit

They were bloody beautiful.

Nothing much changes, year in, year out; but they are an annual reminder that good things are always there, should we need them.

Bloody hippie, Jase.

A final work stretch followed. Gilles Peterson had his summer hat on. The late afternoon estuary wilds rays illuminated the office as yer man dropped some Boson-ova.

I downed tools and had a little office dance.

Most of the evening was spent unarchiving various images, editing the bluebells snaps, and then the Everton Vs Liverpool match.

Football. Bloody hell, etc.
