An early sunshine estuary wilds start to the working week. I was half awake at 6am, and so was the almost budding wisteria.
I had a glorious ride along the Trail out towards the pool. I only passed one other cyclist as I headed off to the Hythe.
The swim was good, despite the surroundings. I was shunted out once again to the wrinklies side of the pool, with a couple of oldies walking up and down the fast lane.
My heart and soul are ACHING for the lovely lido.
Not long now…
West Ham Wanker did his best liven things up. He insisted on recreating the Andy Carroll hat trick from the weekend - whilst in the water.
Well that was weird. West Ham Wanker insisted on recreating Andy Carroll's hat trick. Whilst in the water. Oh Lordy.

It was most odd, and almost led to a drowning old dear who was in reach of his right foot.
I cycled back to base, and thought BUGGER. I’ve forgotten my sister’s birthday
A brief phone call, and some flowers were sourced back in the Fair City.
Work was quiet. The Surrey cricket commentary kept me company for much of the morning.
I finally finished off the Wivenhoe Independents election site early evening. It’s not ideal, but it does the job. Not bad for a 24 hour turn around.
I was asked to draw a portrait of Anna early evening. Apparently it’s something to do with some corporate work bollocks that she has coming up later this week.
Apologies, luv. I am married to the Elephant Woman.
It was a rare BOOZE Monday evening.
Forest were on Sky, and I had a cupboard full of cheapo Lidl ‘Craft Beer’ [ha!] to sink.
This was never gonna end pretty, both on the box and in the bottle.
Chin chin.
