Tuesday

A slow start to Tuesday that needed speeding up ASAP.

Anna did her South London desertion.

I was left with a run of work shifts and mad cat duty for the next few days.

Aching limbs greeted me as I hobbled down the stairs. Oh woe is me, etc.

Three cups of tea later and I was buzzing off me tits.

Which at least matched the marketing cry of the client that kept me busy for most of the morning.

I seem to have slipped into the Serenade Radio routine. Late Junction has just been a little too BONKERS for me of late.

I love it that the old gang of Radio Trent jocks are more or less keeping the Castle Gate family together in some remote outpost of the modern interweb.

Mid-morning became luncheon.

@RobertElms dropped some Joyce Simms.

*swoon*

I had a little bop in the library.

The mad cat slept through the four minutes of funk.

Luncheon was spent bashing out the Buzz piece on the revised planning app for the Canterbury.

The PAC meeting was later this evening.

Phew. Just got it out there in time.

And then work all the way through to mid-evening.

I returned once again to the Ziggy soundtrack album. I bloody hated this back in the day. It just sounded messy.

Having been pretty much in Bowie mode for the past couple of months, it is now the one album that I keep on returning to.

Tuesday evening was spent listening to the #gardenbridge planning meet, watching Arsenal and hacking around with a WP theme that I have bought for one school. I’ve got a meeting next week, pitching for changes.

I thought bugger this - I hacked around and made the exact same behind the scenes changes to all four school sites. The plan is to roll them all out together.

Night of the Long Knives…

In Tea Addiction News: my addiction remains, but I’ve ditched the sugar. It’s been three months now.

I sat down in the Tea Drinking Chair before bedtime, and had probably the best five minutes of the week.

It’s been that kind of week.
