Ahh - the politics of #localgov procurement. Sourcing commercial opportunities out of local authorities at a grass roots level remains an uneven playing field. If you want to continue the crappy sporting analogy, *some* #localgov orgs - that have a hyperlocal policy - continue to pay for over-priced fancy foreign prima donnas.
