A bit more Buzzed: Concern for 19 Lambeth schools as they fail to set a balanced budget for the year ahead
“Only nine of the 19 schools have produced a recovery plan that the Council describes as being reasonable”
I rode the Route of Kings heading towards the SE21 school on Friday morning. The No. 3 bus is the BOLLOCKS.
I didn’t blag the front seat at the top, but I had the double decker view as I headed towards Brixton.
There’s so much to see in the stretch from the top of end of Brixton Road heading all the way down to Windrush Square. It always surprises me that people choose to look at their screens rather than the scenery.
The highlight had to be the daffs growing at Max Roach park. They are an early contender for Daffs of the Year.

Chapeau!
The school day was pretty meh.
One more to go.
I had a mad dash from Herne to LS via Farringdon. I made the Herne Hill train with seconds to spare.
Gentlemen walk, but never run.
Except when I am running, natch.
Shout out to the 4pm Stella Crew heading towards St Albans via S Ldn.
Back at the other end of the line in the bloody Estuary Wilds and the Postman had Delivered: a Dexy’s Soul Brother style beanie.
Still searching, Comrades. Still searching.
