The Estuary Wilds wind gave the wisteria leaves a good old shake overnight. Dawn brought a carpet of gold. Some poor sod has got to sweep them up. And it’s not me. Doctor’s orders, innit.
All we need now is another gust and BE GONE. Preferably in one fell swoop.
Album of the Day: The Damned - Machine Gun Etiquette
This was a right old racket tbh. It was a very confused listen with too much going on. I only made it to the end because of the brevity.

Fridays mean the return of Robert Elms to keep me company on the morning work shifts. He had a great interview with Suggs and Barson. Plus a little more 2Tone exploration with Daniel Rachel, the author of Too Much Too Young.

Tell It Like It Is, etc.
Meanwhile, it feels like Young Nigel is building something quite special up at Mansfield. He’s a project builder, for sure. Short term fixes aren’t part of his planning. I’m imagining what might have been…
DARTS and Dirty Leeds saw in the weekend.
Oh yeah - Happy Birthday to Tina Weymouth. Seventy-three years-old today. Once in a Lifetime, etc.
