The early Larkhall run was a little different. The Fun Fair has rocked up in SW8. Much of the park is cordoned off for a week. It’s like a little version of the Great Wall of Brockwell for Larkhall.

The grass banks surrounding the park are also adding an extra layer of protection. They still haven’t been cut yet this summer. I’m starting to rather like the wild look. There will be wild boar running around SW8 before the summer is out.

I wasn’t running around a great deal this morning. I was still half asleep for the very average two laps of the park.

Album of the Day: Queen - A Night At The Opera

Refused to listen. Christ, Hate EVERYTHING by these bell ends.

To SW9!

It was a steaming hot school day in Sunny Stockwell. Hot sticky scenes, you know what I mean, etc.

There’s no hiding place. I got my head down and did what I needed to do.

This included an experiment with the Year 7 pupils in the science lab, preparing some delicious sushi in Year 8, and then a thoughtful Windrush discussion with the Year 11 students.

I ended the day dodging the CARNAGE of Dodgeball After School Club.

A brief Lidl run followed. Flutie was nowhere to be seen along the Clapham Road. It was a similar AWOL act with the Lidl tea bags. The selection is piss poor. I’m a heavy tea drinker. I demand cheapo tea bags.

Some diary planning followed. I seem to have dodged the train strikes for next month. It’s been a year of almost impossible diary planning on the choo choos.

I updated to the latest Apple OS across two MacBook Airs. These seem to becoming more frequent each month.

WordPress auto-mailed saying there was a serious issue on one of my sites. The mail isolated the particular plugin and problem. I have front and back end access. I’m not sure what the issue is here.

A Duck Rock CD appeared on eBay for £8. It’s still around £3 higher than I want to pay. I sent out a few offers on my various items to try and bring in some extra money to the CD kitty.

Thursday evening was spent watching the ‘rrey Vs The Sex Hit ‘n’ Giggle on the telly from down the road at The Oval. There was plenty of hitting, but not a lot of giggling from a Surrey point of view.
