A run to start Friday morning.
My fitness has been poor of late. I’ve been stuffed full of winter, and busy with other things happening to look after my body.
It was ACE to be out early this morning. I managed 8km and missed the downpour that continued for the rest of the morning.
The Darkness didn’t lift until I reached the top of the town.
