Another day running my tired arse around a S Ldn school.

But it’s all good.

I crossed at Ldn Bridge on the Brompton. It was bloody busy with traffic snarled up from one end to the other.

I reached S Ldn and breathed a deep sigh of relief.

And relax.

But not quite in the SE17 school.

I timed my arrival with the end of SATS week in Year 6.

I played my usual joke on a group of kids by saying that everyone had to retake both their maths papers after school as there had been a mix up.

WAG, Jase.

None of them believed me.

I’m not sure where the rest of the day went. Some planting in Reception, recording a teddy bear video in Year 1 and then getting a little confused in Year 2 geography.

The short bicycle ride back to Sunny Stockwell involved using the newly opened Quietway along the edges of Burgess Park.

It was an absolute JOY.

I stopped off to see Bob – he of Bob’s Bikes – for a Mini Moulton update.

Still no tyres…

Hey hoe.

The work rota for the next three weeks dropped early evening. I did my usual mixing and matching with my Google Cal, and grabbing anything extra that was available.

A brief Lidl run, and then more work.

The telly client was bloody busy.

More school work, more Surrey cricket coming up for Friday.
